I've planted just a few plants in my mulched flower beds. These are mostly in full sun - unlike my old garden plot that is now in the shade 1/2 the day due to all the ever-growing tall trees!!
First harvest - a few cucumbers!
Sliced and ready for dinner tonight - they are really good! Lots of flavor vs. store-bought.

They do look yummy...the bags of veg have started to appear on our doorstep as well...nothing like fresh veg that you didn't even have to grow or buy...

Those do look good. My garden is late but I have about 20 cucumber plants that are thriving. Should have corn, beans and squash later. I would love to have veggies I didn't have to grow or buy too. MOM
