Slept well and long - so got a fairly late start.
Rode the subway to Brooklyn - walked thru some of Brooklyn Heights historic area.
Looking back towards the city.
And walked back across the Brooklyn Bridge. Apparently a popular thing to do!
View from the bridge.
Made it over to "China Town" - had a nice lunch (although Buddy disagrees!)
Fish market...
Robert flew in and met us.....
And toured a bit with us. Busy subway!
The "Bull of Wall St." Statue....apparently it's good financial luck to either rub the bull's horns or his cojones. I chose to rub the horn for our good luck! (Although many were taking the "low road").
We found a few of Buddy and Sharon's favorite little bars.
Made our way to Grand Central Station - just to see it, not because we needed to get on a train. It is an amazing structure!
View of the Empire State Building.....
And the same view later that night!!
