Our next dive was on the HMS Rhone....you can't come to BVI and not dive the famous shipwreck!
It's our deepest dive - getting down to about 80 feet - the 1867 shipwreck is surprisingly intact.
Beautiful large French angelfish.
The brass porthole you're always supposed to rub for good luck!
A little hard to see, but this was a neatly colored trumpet-fish - maybe about 2' long.
After the dive at the Rhone, we needed to dock at UBS Dive shop and get our air tanks re-filled. Here, one of the dive shop owners - Kate - is entertaining the crew with her beautiful British accent and funny stories. We've used their dive shop since 2005 - lovely folks.
After stopping at the dive shop, we made our way around Beef Island over to Marina Cay for a little "walkabout".
The always lovely view of Marina Cay (pronounced "key")
We stopped at the Pusser's Restaurant for some cold refreshment.
We took a walk around the grounds of Marina Cay - this is the view from the top of the hill.
We ended up at Trellis Bay for the night and DaLoose Mongoose restaurant for dinner. A nice meal and an early night....
