One of my employees always brings me surplus veggies....and this time it was greens! A fabulous variety - I could make out mustard, sorrel and some arugula - some I couldn't recognize.
I chopped them up - and cooked them for about an hour with salt and some red pepper flakes. Very good!
And there is a new entry on both the Sailboat and the Avion blogs.....
