I stopped in for a quick visit with Duane's Mom and Dad....
Cordy relaxing under the shad tree.....ahhh....retirement.....
Granny was doing some garden work when I drove up.....done for the day, mostly, she said!
Obie the cat - all grown up. It was last year about this time when we brought him up from Asheboro (the "Hall" reunion is coming up next week - so it's almost exactly 1 year).
Back to Mom and Frank's for dinner. Rafe was doing the grilling - fortunately for Teresa and I - lot's of veggie's on the grill - potatoes/onions in the pan - then squash, eggplant, and tofu. Yum - all spicy and rubbed in olive oil.

Veggie's galore - fried okra, fried squash, grilled squash/tofu/eggplant, cucumbers, tomatoes.
Then it was off to the "campsite" - which is really just Keith and Denise's backyard. They have their camper/truck set up for Teresa and Rafe. Eaven pitched the tent and built the bonfire.
More relaxing - this time by the youngest member !!
Nice bonfire! Off to bed for me - back at Mom's house, thank you very much!!
