Fresh lettuce and lunch

My lovely neighbor's garden is in full swing already! I was the recipient of a bag full of lush lettuce.....here was lunch - a veggie bowl that I had made the day before with just zucchini, onions, peppers, grape tomatoes, soy sauce, ginger and a dash of sugar. Poured the veggies over the pretty lettuce...yum.
