Sharon and Buddy flew with us up to Hendersonville Sunday for a quick reunion trip.
Granny's "wild" kittens. She feeds them and they let you walk close...but scamper away once you pass an invisible barrier....pretty cats, though. Granny takes good care of them!
Their flowers are still very vivid - mine are starting to turn brown and go to seed already. Might have something to do with the fact that I stopped watering them....
The reunion was great, as usual - nice people and lots and lots and lots of great food! (All food eaten at a reunion has no calories, or so I've been told!)
Here are the "elders" of the family. The five remaining siblings.
Lots of catching up and relaxing. Nap time after the big meal would have been a good thing....
They took some group shots....here is our "branch" of the McCraw clan. (My boys are missing - Richard was at school for his once-a-month required weekend class and Robert was working, so they couldn't come).
Back to Granny's house after the reunion. Sharon's dog - Capi - was stealing Obie's catfood....Obie was not pleased but only growled.
Back to the airport in the afternoon for a quick flight home.
Pretty and fun day!
