I'm a little sick still and a little bored....just kidding. I needed to boil some eggs this afternoon, so I thought I'd make this little "experimental video" about using a steamer to cook the perfect boiled egg.

That was awesome...I'm going to forward it to our Parish Life Committee Chair as they will be making a bunch of hard boiled eggs for the Seder meal...and easier is always better...I'll be making a vegan Seder plate...with one of my 'vegan eggs'...
