This was a blast. Especially when there was no one in front of you - really fast way down - about a 10 minute ride.


T would have loved this....tofu strained on a cheesecloth. The sauces were very spicey, almost sweet. Very tasty.
The happy hikers, glad to be sitting down! Dean, a business associate from Raleigh on the right.
Another meal with way too much food! Very good though.
This was the strangest thing at the table, I think.....fried willow tree leaves. Mostly just tasted like batter. Not bad.
