Nothing much going on - cold and rainy...

I don't know if I should post this on the diet blog, or here....but, again, Teresa would be happy with this one. Had this for dinner:

A bunch of carrots,



Add lentils, water and a bunch of spices, put on the stove on low temp, go walk on the treadmill and it's done!


Dinner (with a couple of chicken tenders added).

Looks yummy - but you should have used chik'n tenders from - what were the spices?

hey - something didn't come thru on your comment...

the spices were chopped dried garlic, dried onion chips, eddie's roasted garlic pepper (RGP on my bag) and two of the chipotle cubes. Believe it or not, it didn't have enough salt, so i added some....bad, bad, bad, i know. but it was very good. there are some leftovers that i'll have for lunch tomorrow! one bag of lentils makes a BUNCH of soup!
